Schedule: 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. daily (Lunches included!) End by 1:30 pm on day 5. Please plan on attending the entire time.   
 
Liability: All participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability form at the training in order to participate. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
 
Attendance:  You must attend the entire training for successful completion.  Attending the training does not guarantee successful completion for certification.  This training is limited to those 18 years of age or older. No personal pets are allowed on the premises of the facility.
 
Refund Policy: 100% refund up to two weeks prior to the training.  After that, refunds are available minus a $200 administrative fee per person.  
 
Certification: EAGALA Certification requires successful completion of Pre-training online webinar, Fundamentals of the EAGALA Model Practice Training, completing Post-training online assessment, and submission of a professional development portfolio.  

Portfolio: You can submit your professional development portfolio online – please submit prior to the training. Portfolios must be received and approved as part of the certification process.
